Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any service or using any programme provided by CG Performance Training. By booking a session, purchasing a package, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
CG Performance Training is a personal training service operated by Charlie Geddes, based in East Kilbride, Scotland. We provide in-person coaching at JD Gyms East Kilbride and online coaching programmes.

2. Services
We offer the following services:
- In-Person Coaching — face-to-face personal training sessions at JD Gyms East Kilbride
- Online Coaching — remote coaching programmes delivered via messaging and digital platforms
- Starter Kit — a one-time digital training and nutrition guide
The specific scope of each service is described on the relevant product page and confirmed at time of purchase.
3. Bookings and Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
- Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Receipts will be issued automatically by Stripe to the email address you provide.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
In-Person Sessions: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. We will always try to be flexible in genuine emergencies — please contact us as soon as possible.
Online Coaching: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current month.
Starter Kit: As this is a digital product, it is non-refundable once accessed.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at cgperformancetraining@outlook.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation fairly.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
5. Health and Safety
Your safety is our priority. By engaging our services you confirm that:
- You are in good general health and are not aware of any medical condition that would prevent you from exercising safely.
- You have consulted a GP or medical professional if you have any health concerns, injuries, or pre-existing conditions.
- You will inform your trainer of any changes to your health status prior to each session.
- You will follow all safety guidance provided by your trainer.
CG Performance Training accepts no liability for injury or illness arising from failure to disclose relevant health information.
6. Liability
CG Performance Training takes all reasonable care to ensure services are provided safely and professionally. However, exercise carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in training sessions.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss.
- Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All training programmes, nutritional guides, and other materials provided by CG Performance Training are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any of our materials without prior written permission.
8. Client Conduct
You agree to treat your trainer and any third parties with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a client relationship without refund if a client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
